Zinfra Technology Analyst

Role Overview

Core Work

• Partner with teams across Zinfra to identify practical AI solutions.
• Design and champion solutions that create real-world workplace outcomes.
• Apply process improvement and user testing principles.
• Consider information security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, and solution risk boundaries.
• Engage stakeholders collaboratively during solution delivery and testing.

Knowledge and Skills

• Generative AI, prompting, and agent fundamentals are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Copilot ecosystem is required.
• Awareness of Copilot Studio and Agent Builder is required.
• The role requires process improvement, user testing, information security, privacy, responsible AI, governance, and solution risk awareness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A completed or nearly completed degree in a relevant technology or business discipline is required.
• Experience delivering digital, AI, or technology solutions is required.
• Hands-on use of Generative AI, Microsoft 365, or Copilot is required.
• Strong problem-solving, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and user testing skills are required.
