Overview
**2.1** Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
**2.2** Verifies and logs receipt of data.
**2.3** Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
**2.4** Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
**2.5** Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
**2.6** Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
**2.7** Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
**2.8** Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
**2.9** Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
**2.10** Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
**2.11** Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
**2.12** Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as per department standards.
**2.13** Completes all assigned works and ensures all data entry for the day
**2.14** Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,750.00 per month
