We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow, quality service, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and workflow
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skills and workload
- Ensure quality control before vehicle delivery
- Monitor productivity and bay utilization
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and safety requirements
- Support service advisors with technical explanations
- Maintain workshop discipline, attendance, and housekeeping
- Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables
- Submit daily performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of workshop supervisory experience
- Strong technical knowledge in automotive/workshop operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to maintain discipline and operational efficiency
- Good communication and reporting skills
