Service Advisor
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused **Service Advisor** to join our automotive workshop team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle intake to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and explain available service options clearly
- Create accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition
- Prepare detailed service estimates and quotations for customer approval
- Obtain customer approval before starting any repairs or additional work
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and completion time
- Prepare and explain invoices clearly upon job completion
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote workshop services including tyres, batteries, A/C services, and maintenance packages
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum **3+ years of experience** as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and basic vehicle systems
- Good communication skills in **English (Arabic is an advantage)**
- Strong customer service and client handling experience
- Computer skills (job cards, invoicing systems, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and professional manner
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude
