We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Workshop Manager to join our team and lead daily workshop operations within the Bodyshop division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and workflow efficiency
- Lead and develop technical teams to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure high-quality repair standards and customer satisfaction
- Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and process improvements
- Coordinate with service advisors and parts departments
- Manage workshop inventory, equipment, and operational costs
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
✔ Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
