Key responsibilities
- Establish processes and systems for cross-directorate change and shape change frameworks, impact assessment tools, delivery methods, and reporting rhythms.
- Lead transformation involving digital workplace platforms, estate moves, service delivery models, and operational assurance frameworks.
- Ensure change is implemented safely without disrupting daily building operations.
- Build change capability, embed sustainable ways of working, and support operational teams and commercial supply-chain partners.
- Recruit, onboard, and line-manage an SEO Change Support Lead.
