About the role

The Government Property Agency is recruiting PMO Analysts to support its Digital and Data portfolio.

The roles support project delivery through resource, timeline, dependency, and risk management.

The agency’s digital transformation aims to improve organisational efficiency and support a transformed government estate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide centralised portfolio support to G6 leads and project managers.
  • Support resource management, risk mitigation, governance adherence, reporting, and business plan delivery.
  • Help establish a cohesive delivery model across the portfolio.
  • Develop and implement improved status updates and performance and delivery reporting.
  • Provide analysis and process control, enforce governance, and deliver data-driven insights for leadership.

Candidate requirements

  • Experience managing large-scale programmes.
  • Strong background in digital and data project management and PMO operations.

Salary and grade

  • Salary is £43,936–£48,268 per year.
  • A non-standard RRA of up to £3,000 may be applied to attract an exceptional candidate.
  • Job grade is Senior Executive Officer; Civil Service Pension employer contribution is 28.97%.

Locations

  • The listed locations are Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester, and Nottingham.

Contract and working pattern
