Workplace Experience Coordinator | Mon - Fri, Full Time | Melbourne, VIC

This a perfect role for a committed, energetic individual looking to create real value in a rewarding, client centric environment.

This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients, and the internal team. With some administration tasks such as meeting room booking coordination and set ups, stock ordering for stationery and kitchen supplies, managing contractors, responding to email enquiries, mailroom, accepting deliveries, pantry maintenance and other ad hoc tasks.

As the successful new team member you will be an experienced receptionist or front of house / guest services attendant with the know-how and experience to deliver a seamless service, and:

have a professional and positive attitude

be adaptable to changing priorities

have intermediate administrative skills with Microsoft along with exceptional attention to detail.
