Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide admin support including front desk duties and basic housekeeping.
• Meet key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Work closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements.
• Take part in procurement of supplies and services through vendors using planning and budgeting skills.
• Ensure health and safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place and carrying them out as needed.
• Help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with firm guidelines and strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or other related fields is preferred.
• Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management is preferred.
• Knowledge of various property systems is preferred.
• Proven track record of flawless project execution while following company standards and procedures.
• Excellent and resilient communicator who interacts well with client staff and vendors.
• Team player who supports the team toward achieving targets.
