Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Extensive supply chain management experience within property management, FM, or a similar business, with customer- and client-facing experience
- Experience with contract management systems and procurement technology platforms
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of risk management principles and insurance requirements
- Understanding of the property management business and its role in the asset life cycle
- Ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering accurate, high-quality, client-ready outputs
- Strong team player with the ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Location: Onsite — 3 days per week at the JLL Office, Charlotte, NC 28202.
