About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Public Sector Relations & Enablement Section Head to lead engagement with government entities, regulatory authorities, and key public-sector stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for advancing advocacy priorities, influencing policy outcomes, and strengthening public-private collaboration to support business growth and regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public sector engagement strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead advocacy initiatives by translating business needs into policy recommendations and actionable government engagement plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulators, and public-sector partners.
- Represent the organization in government forums, consultations, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor policy, regulatory, and legislative developments and assess their impact on the business community.
- Drive the resolution of regulatory and licensing-related challenges affecting stakeholders.
- Identify and promote government programs, incentives, and initiatives that support private-sector growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on advocacy priorities and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on government relations and policy matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Master's degree in public policy, Government Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in government relations, public sector engagement, stakeholder management, or regulatory affairs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management.
