Workforce Manager

Campus Workforce Manager Location: New Hope Position Type: Full-Time

• Schedule and assign staff to fill program vacancies
• Process staff call-offs and collaborate with managers to develop coverage solutions
• Approve and track time worked, and report payroll metrics
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment between workforce teams and program management

• Associate degree in human resources, human services, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services, human resources, business, or related areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers; ability to learn and use scheduling software
• Flexibility in work location and schedule as needed
