Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties across campus homes and residential spaces
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other appropriate methods
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with organizations guidelines
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report issues when observed
• Support a safe and sanitary environment for individuals served by the organization

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks related to cleaning
