The Wellness Concierge is the first point of contact for guests seeking personalized wellness experiences.
The role supports a digitally integrated fitness and recovery hotel concept at SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with spa reservations, fitness programs, wellness consultations, and lifestyle activities.
- Build guest relationships, understand preferences, anticipate needs, and promote wellness services.
- Coordinate with Spa, Fitness, Recreation, and Guest Services teams.
- Provide warm, professional, tailored service and help deliver memorable guest experiences.
Candidate profile
- Passion for wellness, hospitality, and memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in health and wellbeing.
- Previous luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, or guest-relations experience is preferred.
- Highly organized, confident handling requests, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to personalized service are essential.
