We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor with expertise in working for our Fabrication Yard working on offshore modules.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to operations within the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
- Oversee your discipline activities, including procedures, equipment selection, consumable choices, and quality control measures
- Develop and implement programs and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with welding specifications and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor your personnel, ensuring their proficiency in welding techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with client representatives and external stakeholders to address welding-related queries and provide technical guidance
Essential Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
- Extensive experience fabrication, specifically in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on offshore modules
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes
- Proven track record of successful project execution with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex welding issues, develop innovative solutions, and make informed decisions
