- This candidate will supervise and schedule weld shop requirements.
- This supervisor will work with welders and peers to develop Process and Quality improvements specially related to Carbide Welding.
- Welding and Fabrication: Construct and repair equipment and structures such as drilling rigs, pipelines, and storage tanks using various welding techniques like SMAW, FCAW, and TIG
- Inspections: Regularly inspect equipment and structures for damage or wear and identify necessary repairs
- Ability to train and supervisor a team of Carbide Welders
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing protective gear and adhering to safety guidelines
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of work performed, including materials used, welds completed, and repairs conducted
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding Certification
- Minimum 10 – 12 Years of Carbide Welding Experience.
