Role overview

Full-time, on-site Wedding Planner role in Doha, Qatar.

The planner coordinates weddings from concept to completion and delivers experiences aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities

Plan weddings, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, and event logistics.
Meet clients to understand their vision and guide them on options and budgets.
Maintain communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.
Create and update event plans, budgets, and contracts.
Oversee set-up and on-the-day execution, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless wedding experiences.

Qualifications

Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple weddings and timelines.
Proficiency in event coordination, logistics, vendor management, and on-site supervision.
Wedding-planning experience and understanding of Qatar cultural preferences and local market practices.
Budgeting and cost-control capability; excellent client service and communication skills.
Effective verbal and written English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Able to work on-site in Doha, including evenings and weekends as event schedules require.
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and composure under pressure during live events.
Experience with project or event management tools and basic office software.
Relevant event or wedding-planning experience; a related degree or certification is preferred.

The position is on-site in Doha, Qatar.
