Web Manager

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing B2B tech or SaaS websites with a product management mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience leading a major enterprise web platform upgrade or migration, start to finish.
• Daily-operations proficiency in Jira and/or Asana.
• Technical foundation with a genuinely enterprise-grade CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or a comparable headless/composable platform), HTML/CSS/JS, and scalable architecture.
• Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Core Web Vitals, and SEO tooling (e.g., Search Console, Screaming Frog) to measure and improve traffic, availability, and usability.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 per year This range represents the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, candidate experience, skills, and level. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for equity and benefits.
