Superhosting Colombia LLC is seeking a technically skilled and highly organized Web Hosting Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing web hosting operations, ensuring server performance, and providing excellent support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily web hosting operations, including server setup, monitoring, and maintenance
- Manage domain registrations, DNS configurations, and hosting account setups
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and security, ensuring minimal downtime
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot hosting, email, and website-related issues
- Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Maintain documentation of hosting systems, configurations, and procedures
- Coordinate with developers and system administrators for website deployments
- Stay updated with the latest hosting technologies, security practices, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in web hosting, server management, or technical support roles
- Familiarity with control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows servers, DNS, FTP, SSL, and email systems
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Qatar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call shifts if needed
