Position Overview
We are seeking a Web Development Coordinator to oversee and manage daily web development projects. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, developers, and internal teams. The Web Development Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Creando Web PY LLC’s reputation for excellence in digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate web development projects including scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of project briefs, reports, and client communications.
• Support quality assurance testing and ensure adherence to web standards.
• Prepare reports on project performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and digital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT and digital regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in web development coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, frameworks, and development processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
