Job Overview:
Hypesite LLC is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Web Development Coordinator to oversee and streamline our web development projects. This role bridges the gap between design, development, and business teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple web development projects from initiation to completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact between developers, designers, and stakeholders
  • Define project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
  • Ensure websites meet quality standards, responsiveness, and performance benchmarks
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and project updates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in web development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in web development, project coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools
  • Basic knowledge of front-end or back-end development frameworks
  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
