Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and SEO optimization.
• Create and update website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Administer and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms, including email campaigns, audience segmentation, and reporting.
• Manage social media channels, publish content, and support paid digital campaigns.
• Develop digital marketing assets using design and multimedia tools.
• Monitor website, campaign, and social media performance, providing actionable insights and reports.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to improve digital platforms and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing technology, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
• Strong experience with WordPress, website hosting, DNS, SSL, and web performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO, UX/UI best practices, and web security fundamentals.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing and multimedia content creation skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing, CRM, or web technologies are a plus.
