Role: Business Development Manager

Experience: 4-6 years of successful experience in the Gulf region in IT Networking or Information Security

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposal preparation, RFPs, and tenders
  • Experience in identifying decision-makers, stakeholders, and handling management-level negotiations
  • Knowledge of Information Security tools/vendors such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, RSA, etc.
  • Background in Cyber Security
  • Ability to manage CXO-level relationships and long-term client engagement
  • Strong solution selling and customer relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of ISMS, BCMS, and security management systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English required; Arabic preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Middle East market
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Generate incremental revenue streams and achieve annual revenue targets
  • Coordinate PoCs, tenders, and proposal activities
  • Support account receivable collection with finance teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and prioritize market opportunities

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Vendor sales certifications preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
