About This Role
Web Developer & Designer (Freelance / Remote)
We are Glitchless IT Solutions, a growing IT services company specializing in web development, tech support, and digital solutions. We are currently looking for a talented Web Developer & Designer to join our team on a freelance/remote basis.
The ideal candidate is someone who can design, develop, and deliver modern, responsive websites for clients across different industries.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly website interfaces
- Develop responsive websites (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Work with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React is a plus)
- Customize or build websites using platforms like WordPress or similar
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed and performance
- Collaborate with the team to meet client requirements and deadlines
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in web design and development
- Strong portfolio of previous work (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
Nice to Have (Bonus):
- Experience with React or modern frameworks
- SEO knowledge
- Backend knowledge (Node.js, .NET, etc.)
- Experience with e-commerce websites
