Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Platform Business Lead for 1 year & extendable to join a leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi and drive digital transformation initiatives across Wealth Management platforms.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in wealth management platforms, digital product delivery, IT systems, and platform governance within banking or financial services environments.
Requirements
✔ 8–10 years of experience in Wealth Platforms / Digital Product Delivery
✔ Minimum 5 years within a reputed bank or financial institution
✔ Strong understanding of wealth management products and investment processes
✔ Experience in platform governance, digital transformation, and stakeholder management
✔ Expertise in IT systems, integrations, UAT, workflow optimization, and vendor management
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
