Overview
KAAYA PRIME REALTY LLC is looking for a motivated and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai.
The role involves advising clients on strategic real estate investment opportunities in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients on real estate investment opportunities aligned with their financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors and buyers.
- Present property investment options and explain market opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and new projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client transactions.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, advisory, or client-facing roles.
- Well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English with professional communication abilities.
- Ability to build client relationships and work in a target-driven environment.
