Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Wealth Advisor - AUH at Property Shop Investment LLC. The Property Wealth Advisor will be responsible for providing tailored wealth management services, including offering investment strategies, financial planning, and guidance on property acquisitions. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, advising on investment opportunities, analyzing market trends, and assisting clients in developing financial strategies tailored to their property investment goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to align clients’ property investments with their long-term goals.
- Strong knowledge of Investments and Wealth Management Services to guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Expertise in Finance to assess financial opportunities and risks related to property investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
- Previous experience in the real estate or financial services sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an asset.
