Results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns.
What you'll do
- Manage Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate and improve quality leads.
- Optimize campaigns, budgets, and ROI.
- Handle targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Track performance and provide reports.
- Work closely with the content and sales team.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in paid advertising.
- Strong lead-generation and analytics skills.
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary is based on experience.
- Listed pay is AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month.
