Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine operation of basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and product transfers.
- Operate plant equipment including valves, material handling systems, and related machinery, ensuring proper clearing and isolation of equipment.
- Follow operating disciplines, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and efficient execution of assigned duties.
- Control, monitor, and adjust both automated control systems and manually operated equipment as required.
- Troubleshoot process issues, product quality concerns, safety incidents, and environmental problems, while identifying equipment requiring maintenance.
- Act as a resource for other technicians by providing guidance on job tasks and prioritization of work activities.
- Take ownership of the accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Carry out all duties with a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
- Physically capable of lifting hoses, bolting flanges, and operating valves and similar equipment as part of normal job functions.
- Familiar with UAE climate conditions and able to work effectively in local environmental settings.
Required Qualifications
- & knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including 8 hour and 12 hour duties.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in all operations.
- Solid analytical, critical thinking, and evaluation abilities.
- Diploma, technical certification, or graduate qualifications required.
- Candidates from diverse backgrounds and nationalities are encouraged to apply.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
