Oversee daily dark store operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely picking and packing in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment.
Core responsibilities
- Supervise and manage warehouse associates to ensure smooth day-to-day dark store operations.
- Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet quick-commerce delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and proper storage of goods.
- Allocate tasks, manage shift activities, and ensure optimal team productivity.
- Monitor order fulfilment performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order handover.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dark store operations or quick commerce is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
- Strong understanding of picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Ability to manage high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
