Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements;

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5-10 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced operation.
• Experience with inventory control, transportation, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience leading in a Health & Safety Committee is considered an asset.
• Personal skills and abilities:

• Excellent organizational, planning, and delegation abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory control, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, warehouse safety standards, and FSC compliance.
• Ability to build effective processes, improve productivity, lead by example, and initiate operational change.
• Strong customer service focus and commitment to operational excellence.
