Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Staff member to support daily warehouse operations.
The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods
- Verify items against delivery notes and report discrepancies
- Store products in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if licensed)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills (for inventory systems)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Forklift license (optional but preferred)
Working Conditions
- Physically demanding role (lifting, bending, standing)
- May involve shift work, weekends, or overtime
- The work environment may include heat, cold, or noise, depending on the warehouse
