Warehouse Specialist / Supervisor (Military Textile)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain stock integrity.
• Manage the storage and movement of military textile materials, uniforms, tactical gear, and accessories.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, planning, and logistics departments.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Implement warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management review.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
• Proven experience in military textile manufacturing, military uniforms, tactical gear, defense apparel, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, stock auditing, and material handling procedures.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
