Warehouse Site Selection Manager

Conduct in-depth research on the industrial real estate market across GCC countries and provide site selection insights.

2.

Lead on-site visits and due diligence for shortlisted warehouse locations, assessing infrastructure, land-use planning, and operational feasibility.

3.

Negotiate lease terms, land acquisition solutions, and partnership models with local developers and government authorities.

Collaborate with operations, transportation, finance, and other internal teams to ensure site selection decisions are aligned with the overall logistics network strategy.

4.

Continuously monitor policy, regulatory, and economic developments across the GCC region, and assess their potential impact on site selection.

Manage the full project timeline from initial screening to final delivery.

1.

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics site selection, commercial real estate, or supply chain network planning.

Middle East experience is preferred.

3.

Strong data analysis capabilities, with experience in building site selection scoring models.

Familiarity with geospatial or logistics data, as well as the commercial real estate market, industrial parks, and relevant regulatory frameworks in the GCC region.

4.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Fluency in English is preferred.

Existing resources or connections with industrial real estate developers or free zone authorities in the Middle East.
