Responsibilities

  • · Coordinate daily shipping, packaging, and foaming activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • · Verify shipping documentation, labels, packing lists, and carrier requirements.
  • · Monitor shipment accuracy and investigate shipping or packaging discrepancies.
  • · Ensure products are packaged and prepared according to company and customer specifications.
  • · Support inventory accuracy by maintaining proper shipping records and transaction documentation.
  • · Assist with employee training on shipping, packaging, foaming, quality, and safety procedures.
  • · Communicate workflow issues, delays, and operational concerns to management.
  • · Promote compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • · Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas.
  • · Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • · Collaborate with Production, Inventory, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
  • Education & Experience
  • · 3+ years of warehouse, shipping, packaging, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • · Previous lead or workflow coordination experience preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • · Strong understanding of shipping and warehouse operations.
  • · Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • · Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • · Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
  • Physical Requirements
  • · Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • · Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • · Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
  • Working Conditions
  • · Warehouse and production environment.
  • · Regular interaction with warehouse, production, inventory, and quality teams.
  • · Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
