Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations with expertise in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting
- Monitor and control stock movements to prevent discrepancies, losses, or damages
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with procurement, retail, and sales teams for smooth stock flow
- Manage logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments, last-mile delivery, and 3PL coordination
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE customs and import/export requirements
- Implement and enforce SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse best practices
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and operational efficiency
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for home delivery fleet
- Coordinate with drivers, installers, and logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Monitor delivery performance, on-time delivery rates, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper handling of bulky appliances during loading, transit, and installation
- Oversee fleet utilization, scheduling, and cost control
- Implement SOPs for delivery, returns, and installation processes
- Track and resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rate, and delivery timelines
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective/preventive actions
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (preferably electronics or FMCG)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience handling high-value products and serialized inventory
- Good understanding of UAE logistics, customs, and documentation processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
