Full-time Warehouse Manager role in Ajman overseeing foodstuff inventory, warehouse organization, stock control, and delivery logistics.
The role is responsible for efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory records, proper product storage, and timely customer dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch; maintain inventory records and perform physical stock counts.
- Organize food products and implement FIFO and FEFO rotation; monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, damaged products, and near-expiry stock.
- Ensure appropriate handling and storage of ambient, chilled, and frozen products as applicable.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and sales; ensure accurate picking and timely dispatch.
- Monitor discrepancies, wastage, returns, and stock adjustments; supervise staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene; coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts.
- Prepare inventory, stock movement, and warehouse performance reports; improve space use and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of warehouse management experience; UAE experience is mandatory.
- Foodstuff trading or FMCG distribution experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in food inventory, warehouse organization, and delivery logistics.
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry-date control.
- Experience coordinating delivery teams and dispatch schedules.
- Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management or ERP systems; ability to manage high-volume stock movements accurately.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of food safety and storage requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Ajman.
