Full-time E-commerce Manager role based in Ajman, UAE, in foodstuff trading and distribution.
Manage and grow the company's online shopping platform and e-commerce sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, prices, promotions, stock availability, and foodstuff, grocery, and FMCG catalogues.
- Use Zoho and/or Shopify for products, inventory, pricing, orders, and online store operations.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, and delivery teams to support accurate stock and timely fulfillment.
- Grow sales, customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat purchases; execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Manage SEO, online advertising, and social campaigns; use AI tools to improve content, communications, reports, and workflows.
- Analyze traffic, customer behavior, conversions, and sales; monitor competitors and market trends and report recommendations.
- Maintain accurate product information and pricing, customer service, and a smooth shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of e-commerce management experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Practical AI tools knowledge for e-commerce, digital marketing, content creation, and workflow optimization is mandatory.
- Hands-on Zoho and/or Shopify experience is required.
- Proven management experience with online shopping platforms, e-commerce websites, or online marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, online advertising, and e-commerce analytics.
- Foodstuff trading, FMCG, grocery, or food distribution experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Ajman, UAE.
