About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure proper storage of food and beverage products according to quality and safety standards
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company regulations
- Prepare warehouse reports, inventory analyses, and operational performance metrics
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues
- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in Food & Beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
