About the Role

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual campaign plans
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and website content
- Oversee food delivery aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Keeta, etc.), including menu updates, promotions, sponsored ads, pricing, and performance analysis
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs
- Monitor marketing performance, campaign ROI, sales trends, and customer insights, providing regular reports
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution
- Manage branding, content creation, photography, videography, and marketing materials
- Build relationships with influencers, media partners, and vendors to maximize brand exposure
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost effective use of resources
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, branding, and food delivery aggregators
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
