Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

 Responsible for spare parts warehouse management, including on-site operations, WMS warehouse system integration, physical inventory, inventory aging management, and periodic inventory checks.

 Responsible for on-site spare parts warehouse operations management (including receiving, repackaging, shelving, picking, packing, and outbound operations), ensuring operational timeliness and achieving various performance indicators.

 Responsible for spare parts packaging management, including packaging plans, export packaging, and label management.

 Responsible for monitoring and analyzing export spare parts shipments, including export spare parts storage area, outbound waiting time, and export spare parts return processing.

 Responsible for monthly settlement of warehousing and logistics costs, overall cost control, and cost optimization.

 Responsible for managing warehousing and logistics service providers, including procurement evaluation and daily assessment.

 Responsible for spare parts warehouse safety management, including fire safety and material safety.

 Bachelor's degree or above, 5 years of working experience in warehousing or logistics in automotive industry;

 Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, can effectively solve problems;

 Good interpersonal and communication skills;

 Proficient in using Microsoft Office software;

 Proficient in written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
