In 2021, the cumulative sales of CHANGAN's self-owned brand exceeded 20 million units.

Up till April 2024, the cumulative sales of Chinese brands under CHANGAN exceeded 26.33 million units.

CHANGAN Automobile has more than 18,000 engineers and technicians from 31 countries around the world and has established R&D network of ten cities in six countries in Chongqing, Beijing, Shanghai, Dingzhou in Hebei, Hefei in Anhui, Turin in Italy, Yokohama in Japan, Birmingham in the UK, Detroit in the US and Munich in Germany. We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, to ensure that each product can endure more than 10 years or 260,000 km of use.

Responsibilities

  • Design technical and service training programs aligned with organizational needs and business objectives.
  • Develop training content based on identified goals and skill gaps.
  • Create training materials, such as presentations, workbooks, and video-based courses.
  • Conduct online training sessions, including both group and individual formats.
  • Organize and deliver on-site training at authorized centers, covering areas such as new product technical training, service management, and service/technical skills development.
  • Maintain and report training records, including course completion, attendance, absences, and key observations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments and participant feedback.
  • Analyze training outcomes and continuously refine content and delivery methods.
  • Possess extensive experience in planning and executing national and regional skills competitions, including program design, process management, and overall coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a service and technical trainer.
  • EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and experience are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop technical training courses.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a certified OEM service & technical trainer is highly preferred.
