Role overview

Warehouse and inventory

• Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods; maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Maintain inventory records, update stock movements, conduct stock counts and reconciliations, and report discrepancies or damaged and expired goods.
• Coordinate deliveries, transport, vehicle allocation, routes, shipment tracking, and follow-up on delays.
• Maintain delivery orders, goods received notes, proof of delivery, stock transfer notes, dispatch records, and related logistics documentation.
• Coordinate orders with sales and purchasing, verify quantities and specifications, and assist with import/export and customs documentation where applicable.
• Prepare inventory, delivery, and pending-order reports; coordinate with Accounts and Procurement on discrepancies and invoice issues.
• Monitor delivery costs, identify efficiency improvements, and support audits with accurate records.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of relevant warehouse and logistics operations experience; trading-company experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and delivery coordination; experience with ERP, inventory, or warehouse systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• UAE logistics procedures and import/export documentation knowledge are advantageous; a valid UAE driving licence is advantageous if required for operational duties.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
