Overview

**A leading Silver Jewelry & Accessories Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Warehouse, Inventory & Accounts Coordinator to join our team**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoices and stock-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with retail branches to ensure proper stock replenishment and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records and support inventory control procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Strong Excel and computer skills.
  • Experience in silver jewelry, accessories, or jewelry retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Arabic speaker is preferred.
  • UAE experience is an advantage
