**A leading Silver Jewelry & Accessories Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Warehouse, Inventory & Accounts Coordinator to join our team**.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoices and stock-related documentation.
- Coordinate with retail branches to ensure proper stock replenishment and transfers.
- Maintain accurate records and support inventory control procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Strong Excel and computer skills.
- Experience in silver jewelry, accessories, or jewelry retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Arabic speaker is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage
