We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **INVENTORY ASSISTANT** to join our dynamic team.
If you have a background in **silver and fashion accessories or retail,** possess strong organizational skills, and excel in managing inventory, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming silver accessories
- Maintain accrudate inventory records using management systems and spreadsheets
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and annual inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
- Organize and label inventory to ensure easy identification and retrieval
- Coordinate with the store office in-charge and sales team regarding stock availability
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of accessories to prevent damage or loss.
- Assist in packing, dispatching, and transferring stock between locations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Inventory Assistant, Storekeeper, or similar role, preferably in silver accessories, jewelry, and fashion accessories.
- Experience in inventory control procedures and stock management systems
- **Advance in Microsoft Excel (i.e V-lookup, Pivot, conditional formatting)**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Good communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
Experience
handling silver jewelry, accessories or luxury retail products
Familiarity with barcode systems and inventory software
Experience
conducting stock audits and reconcilliation
