Warehouse In-charge

About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Executive to join our client’s operations team based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a central role in overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory of machinery and equipment, and ensuring efficient storage, handling, and logistics processes aligned with the company’s operational and growth objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure stock availability and maintain optimum inventory levels with effective reorder planning
Oversee storage, handling, and tracking of machinery, equipment, and materials
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Conduct logistics planning, coordination, and shipment tracking
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory and warehouse performance
Implement and monitor warehouse layout and space optimization strategies
Ensure adherence to operational processes, safety standards, and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics operations (preferably handling machinery/equipment)

Key Skills
Strong understanding of inventory systems, warehouse operations, and material handling
ERP system proficiency
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Language Proficiency
English (Mandatory)
Arabic or Hindi will be considered a plus

Other Details
Candidates should be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
Working hours: 6 days/week, 9hours a day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
