Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Process and Systems Consultant to design, implement, and operationalize finance and operational processes within system environments, enabling a system-driven organization with strong financial controls, automation, and integrated workflows across CRM and ERP platforms.
The role will also establish organization structures, KPIs, and performance review mechanisms, ensuring effective execution, accountability, and data-driven decision- making across departments.
Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct structured business diagnostics and process reviews to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and control weaknesses
Design and implement finance and operational processes, SOPs, and control frameworks aligned to system
workflows
Translate business requirements into system logic and workflows and coordinate implementation with CRM/ERP
teams
Lead and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with real-life scenarios to ensure system readiness and accuracy
Validate financial controls and data integrity across booking, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes
Develop and present reports, dashboards, and process maps to support management review and decision-making
Define and implement organization structures, KPIs, and performance review mechanisms across departments
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and reduction of manual interventions
Track implementation progress, manage issues, and ensure timely resolution across cross-functional teams
Work closely with client leadership and external consultants to ensure alignment on processes, controls, and system
outputs
Conduct training and onboarding sessions to drive process adoption and system usage
Work on-site with the client to ensure hands-on execution, coordination, and sustained implementation
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) with MBA Finance OR CA Inter / CMA / ACCA
8+ years of experience in finance operations, process implementation, ERP/CRM functional roles, preferably involving system implementation or transformation projects.
Proficiency at Finance Software, ERP(s), Microsoft Excel Advanced

ERP/CRM implementation (functional side) and system-driven workflows
UAT, system validation, and end-to-end process testing
Translation of business requirements into system logic and workflows
KPI design, monitoring, and performance management frameworks
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Cross-functional coordination
Automation opportunities and process optimization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Language Skills
Fluent at English (written and spoken)
Arabic or any other language will be considered a plus
Other Details
Preferred Joining Date: Immediate / As soon as possible (Location: Dubai, UAE)
Workdays & Timing: 5 Days a week, 9 hrs. a day
Travel & Accommodation: This role requires for occasional travel and work on-site with clients across international geographies during project phase.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
