Overview

Responsibilities – Warehouse In‑Charge (FMCG)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices to maintain product freshness and reduce wastage.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Maintain organized storage layouts and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics to support smooth material flow.
• Verify documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and transfer orders.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and allocate tasks to meet operational targets.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Report stock variances, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• **2–3 years of experience** in FMCG, food manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Experience using ERP systems for stock transactions.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operational workflows.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with tight timelines.
• Understanding of safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements in FMCG.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities when required.

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
