Role Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Executive to join our team in Sharjah.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of F&B and consumable items in line with hospitality warehouse standards.
The role requires strong attention to detail, SOP compliance, and accurate ERP inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage F&B and consumable stock for daily operations
- Issue stock based on PRF and FIFO principles
- Maintain accurate stock records and ERP entries (PRF/GRN)
- Receive deliveries in line with HACCP standards and SOPs
- Conduct stock counts, monitor expiry, and maintain par levels
- Support warehouse operations, reporting, and month-end closing
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and strict compliance with procedures
- Assist with inventory, fixed assets, and departmental reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5–7 years in warehouse management (hospitality/events preferred)
Skills
- ERP and inventory management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
