Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Events Logistics Assistant to support our warehouse operations and event preparations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving stock, preparing items for events, organizing loading processes, and ensuring products are handled, packed, and stored safely and professionally.
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards is an essential part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize stock for upcoming events and deliveries
- Receive incoming items and verify quantities and condition
- Prepare goods for loading and transportation
- Ensure all items are properly handled, packed, and protected
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as a stacker safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory organization and stock movement
- Support the warehouse and operations team with daily tasks
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate a stacker/forklift is required
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe handling practices
- Basic computer skills and ability to use user-side systems/software preferred
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting events logistics or event preparation
- Familiarity with stock management systems
- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking and reporting
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
